SENIOR CONSULTANT

Job Description

• Collaborate with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine change management scope and effort
• Work with a wider change management team to assess and drive change adoption interventions for a major bluefield SAP 4/HANA implementation.
• Apply Organization Change Management (OCM) framework, methodology and tools to create a change strategy to support adoption of the changes
• Conduct Change Impact Assessment(CIA) to identify key impacts, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Skills Required

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
• Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
